st: question on gllamm (multilevel logit)

I'm trying to estimate logistic multilevel model with random coefficients, using gllamm command with 'adapt' option. When I submit the command, STATA calculates Initial values for fixed effects, but keeps giving error messege of "Log-likelihood cannot be computed" when running adaptive quadrature. Does anybody know why this happens and how to get around this problem?
